Volunteering to Help
The Chandler High School Band is successful because of the tremendous parent support it receives. The Band Parent organization is comprised of a board of elected chairs and all parents and friends of the Band.
As you can imagine, organizing and working with 100+ students takes a lot of dedication and commitment on the part of the band directors. YOU are a vital part of the organization to ensure your students have a successful and rewarding high school band experience. The following statement is from the Chandler High School Band Booster Bylaws:
Article II: Mission Statement
The Chandler High School Band Boosters organization (hereinafter called the Band Boosters) is established to provide moral, physical, and financial support to approved curricular and extracurricular band-related activities, to enhance school spirit, and to strive to improve fellowship and student-teacher-administration-parent relationships in compliance with Arizona State Laws, School Board regulations, School administrative policy, Student Council, and Band Council recommendations.
Parents will be utilized for many things such as chaperoning, pluming, watering, helping build props, student meals for football games and competitions.
Please fill out the Volunteer Information Form if you would like to join our crew and donate your time and effort! Completed forms can be forwarded to Sabrina Brandt via email. Contact Sabrina Brandt. Sabrina will coordinate any other needed requirements once you’ve turned in your form.
Mandatory Marching Band Forms are distributed in the spring at the mandatory parent meeting for the next season. You may also obtain paperwork from Mrs. Sarah Arrott, Band Director.
