We are always looking for ideas to help the band’s finances. If you have any ideas or wish to assist in a fundraising activity, WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE YOU!! Please contact any board member. WE ARE ALWAYS IN NEED OF VOLUNTEERS!

Ways To Earn Money for the Band Program:
1. Tax Credits
Your Tax Credit donations can now be applied to your general band account, including fees toward the current Marching Band season. If you have any questions about tax credits and how they work, please contact any board member. At this time, 100% of your Tax Credit donations are being credited to your student’s account. Click here for Tax Credit Form ** District policy states that checks sent in for Tax Credits have to be current. Please turn in any checks for tax credits as quickly as possible once the checks are written. Please adhere to this policy to avoid any problems with the deposit of your tax credits. Donations must be made by December 31 to qualify for the current tax year.
DONATIONS TO THE BAND ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE!!
Now that we are officially part of the new Chandler School Boosters 501(c)3 corporation, we are actively seeking donations to the band!! Corporate sponsorships and personal donations are welcome. Spread the word!! Donors will receive a receipt for their taxes. Donations will be used to support program activities and ensure the same high quality of programs produced in past years. Questions? 5. Fry’s Community Rewards
The Fry’s Community Rewards program is another way to contribute funds to the band that takes very little effort. Fry’s Community Rewards replaces the old Fry’s Gift Card program. You must renew every year for the program for the boosters to get credit. The new program is linked to your Fry’s consumer card, the V.I.P program. On a quarterly basis, Fry’s will make a donation to the Chandler High Band Boosters based on the total number of purchases made by members linked to our organization. The program takes less than 10 minutes to join. You can do so online here. Search for Chandler High School Band or use our account number BT596. After you link your V.I.P card(s), use your linked V.I.P. card(s) make qualifying purchases. Encourage friends and family members to link their cards to the Band and their contributions will go to the Band as well. You may also use your account to view the weekly ad and coupons. This fundraising is used by the Band Boosters to control the costs that are passed on to the students. Please encourage your friends and family to register their V.I.P. cards today.
